Tell us more about yourself.
We’ll send you a reply email that includes an Expression of Interest form for you to fill out and return. The form includes questions that provide some background about you, your travel experience, your motivations for considering the program, etc.
Pay a small (refundable) registration fee.
Our reply email will also include a link to a payment screen for payment of a $100 registration fee, to be held in escrow by a reputable attorney we have engaged for this purpose. The fee will either be returned to you if you (or we) decide the program is not a great fit OR will be applied to your tuition if you decide to take this life-changing step. The purpose of the deposit is simply an expression of seriousness on your part – we are experiencing a lot of interest in this program, and we need to separate real inquiries from casual interest before we take the time to go further.
Time to Go!
Schedule a virtual or in-person interview.
We will talk for an hour or so to get to know each other a little before embarking on this adventure together. During the interview, we will ask you to show us your passport(s) with an expiration date of at least 6-months after our scheduled return date.
Down payment time!
It’s time to commit – we’ll provide you with some forms complete and will provide a link to the same escrow account to accept a payment of 50% of the monthly tuition. This payment will need to be made at least 60 calendar days before kick-off. As these funds will be used by us to make non-refundable payments in advance of the trip, we will only refund this payment in the event we cancel the trip for reasons beyond your control.
Get to know your fellow travelers.
We will arrange an (optional) Virtual Happy Hour a few weeks before the start date so you can meet others in the group.

Whether you join us or not, we hope you will learn a few things through the process that help in your life journey. If you DO join us, we’ll be here to walk you through everything.
Prepare.
We will provide a checklist that walks you through the things you need to take care of on your end. Things like airline reservations, medical insurance, OTHER EXAMPLES?
Final payment time.
The second half of your tuition will need to be paid into the same escrow account at least two weeks prior to our kickoff date. Again, this payment will only be refundable in the event we cancel the trip.
